Qld: Put power cables underground, says Springborg

Queensland Opposition Leader LAWRENCE SPRINGBORG says he has little confidence in an
independent inquiry into the states recent power supply failures.

Details of the inquiry, including who will head it and its terms of reference, will
be unveiled on Monday.

The inquiry's been prompted by power outages caused by recent record temperatures and storms.
