NSW: Tiger Lily lodges legal bid for fortune
MICHAEL HUTCHENCE's daughter TIGER LILY is reportedly to lodge an application in the
supreme Court of NSW on Monday to access a trust account, believed to be worth $5 million.
The Sun-Herald newspaper says Australian lawyers are acting for two-year-old TIGER LILY --,
the daughter HUTCHENCE had with his lover PAULA YATES -- through her godmother BELINDA
BREWIN.
The lawyers are to file a Family Provision Act application, for maintenanace, education and
advancement in life, and will detail the child's budget.
Ms BREWIN's told the paper TIGER LILY has not received a cent from the former INXS
frontman's estate because of continuing litigation.
HUTCHENCE's mother, PATRICIA GLASSOP, has challenged her son's executors who say the estate
is worth only $1.2 million.
Relatives say $25 million in assets has been hidden and much of HUTCHENCE's fortune is
thought to be in offshore companies.
